MEP Engineering

Typically, the salary range for a Designer is $80-130k, an Engineer is $100k-150k+, and a PM is $120k-150k+ (heavily dependent on experience, licensure, education, etc).

Here is some other information about BKM's recruiting goals -

• We are targeting someone with experience designing / engineering for MEP systems of commercial (not residential) buildings
• For a mechanical role, we are looking for experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings (key words - heating / cooling loads, pumps, chillers, fans, boilers). For an electrical role, we are looking for experience designing electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems. We do not do anything with designing products, manufacturing, robotics, computer science, or aerospace.
• We do not consider any candidates with poor tenures (i.e. - not staying at jobs at least 3 years).
• We are not able to offer sponsorship at this time.
• We are hiring for our location in Baltimore MD and our satellite office in Norfolk VA. All employees work three days in office and two days remote after the onboarding period.
• We do not typically consider relocations unless someone has family or something else tying them to the area. We don't consider relocations just for the job.
• Our typical process is to have an introductory Teams call and then an in-person interview.
