A company is looking for a Project Assistant.
Key Responsibilities :
Contact students enrolled in the Google-NASH-USM Professional Certificates program to inquire about their progress
Document student interactions and maintain accurate records of progress updates
Provide reports to management regarding student engagement and meet regularly to discuss challenges
Required Qualifications :
Education : High School Diploma
1-3 years of experience in student support, academic advising, or customer service
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and online reporting tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
