[job_card.job_description]Manage case files, including document collection, organization, and production of discovery materials. Assist with deposition and witness preparation, including scheduling and coordination with outside counsel. Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely coordination with legal teams. Support outside counsel management, including budget tracking and invoice review. Oversee third-party subpoena processes and responses. Draft and review legal correspondence, including cease and desist letters and disinvites. Create templates and forms for legal documentation and assist in collecting operational metrics. Collaborate on special legal projects and initiatives as needed. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management / e-discovery software. Strong legal drafting, research, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities independently. Experience supporting outside counsel and managing legal budgets and invoices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and collaboration. Paralegal Certificate preferred.
