DOT Fleet and EHS Safety Manager

C&S Sweeping provides street sweeping, water truck hauling, and road milling services. We have been family-owned and operated since 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona. We seek a leader who will lead our employees to be safe, provide quality services, and work together.

JOB DUTIES

• Evaluate employee safety performance
• Assist drivers, customers, and collaborate with C&S Sweepings departments
• Conduct safety meetings
• Investigate and complete reports for injury, auto, and general liability claims
• Work with insurance companies, attorneys, and respond to audits as needed
• Audit equipment files and required DOT paperwork
• Update safety standard operating procedures
• Meet with employees and customers in the field regularly
