Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis Tucson Team!

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our Tucson location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.

PAY : $15-15.50 / hour + shared tip pool

SCHEDULE : 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.

Shifts included : Morning shift 6 : 30 AM-2 : 30 PM, Mid shift 11 am-7 pm, Closing shift 2 : 30 pm-10 : 30 pm

(At El Mirage Thursday-Saturday closing shifts 3 : 30 pm-12 : 30 am)

Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
