Key Responsibilities
Project manage the implementation process for onboarding clients
Identify and resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries
Schedule training sessions and maintain the data transitions calendar
Required Qualifications
Experience in project management and leading software implementations
Exposure to cloud-based software in the legal industry
Demonstrable organizational and time management skills
Basic technical knowledge of software systems
Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel
