A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Associate to assist clients with inquiries and policy-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance products and services
Guide clients through policy-related matters and communicate information regarding policy renewals
Maintain organized client records and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration or related field preferred
2+ years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service preferred
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification is a plus
Knowledge of insurance industry and regulatory compliance
Experience with customer engagement and support
