Account Integrity Team Role

The account integrity team is focused on preventing bad actors from accessing the accounts of our consumers, merchants, and dashers while at the same time providing a convenient experience to good users. This involves keeping pace with both DoorDash's growth and increasingly sophisticated pressure from bad actors.

Role Overview

This senior associate will own our day to day performance for customer and dasher account integrity and fine tune our protections for these audiences. They will also work closely with our cross functional partners to develop a long term vision for the space and execute on it. You're excited about this opportunity because you will

• Get to solve problems that don't have obvious answers and require a mix of quantitative and qualitative investigation
• Lead work that ranges from setting long term strategy to making tactical changes to solve edge cases for our customers or dashers
• Work closely with operations, other S&O teams, product, engineering, and analytics to gain a broad range of experience
• Get to test your ideas, measure them, and iterate fast

Compensation The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
