Key Responsibilities
Recognize, prioritize, and automate high-friction workflows across omnichannel operations
Build and deploy agent-driven automations using various tools and API integrations
Integrate with key delivery systems to generate automated reports and insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
Hands-on experience building automations and integrations with strong API fluency
Familiarity with LLM-driven workflows and orchestration layers
Systems-oriented mindset with knowledge of end-to-end processes in omnichannel marketing
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
