Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding to customers' needs
Manage all assigned cases to meet quality, efficiency, and accuracy expectations
Advocate for customers and guide them through next steps while maintaining professionalism
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 : 30 AM and 5 : 00 PM CST or PST
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace with reliable internet access
Proficiency in using multiple computer applications and tools simultaneously
Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in a customer-facing role
