Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Duties
Calibrate Gages according to ISO Standards .
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements.
- Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed records in accordance with quality management protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
