Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

Duties

Calibrate Gages according to ISO Standards .

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements.
  • Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Document inspection results and maintain detailed records in accordance with quality management protocols.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably within a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers for precise evaluations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours : 40 per week
