Responsibilities

Why our clients choose us We provide our client and customers the tools needed to deliver solutions and achieve their goals with merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelf positioning. These initiatives result in maximizing market share. In this role, you will:

1. Deliver clients' volume, share and sales goals (distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising).
2. Collaborate with client region broker manager to deliver business plans while taking personal ownership of the results.
3. Leverage consumer and clients' insights to execute winning joint business plans.
4. Utilize client business planning tools to translate strategies into actionable selling stories for the customer.
5. Flawlessly execute clients' new items bundle launches, corporate marketing events and brand initiatives.
6. Develop and maintain robust customer merchandising plans by category.
7. Maintain business critical reports and process: Product distribution list, cost and trade fund files, promotional plans, etc.
8. Develop collaborative relationships with assigned customers and client.
9. Provide input and recommendations based on retailer category strategy and initiatives.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client and customer deliverable are executed timely and accurate.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's Degree and/or at least 3 years of Headquarter level sales experience in the CPG industry with a regional or national company Proven track record in sales with strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to forecast, analyze, and interpret marketing data to increase sales. Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving. Proficient on the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Must be willing to travel.
