Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Glendale, AZ

Seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a K-12 school setting in Glendale, AZ. This contract position spans the complete school year (CSY) and offers the opportunity to support students with behavioral needs under the guidance of certified professionals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is required
• Experience working within K-12 educational environments
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
• Ability to implement behavior plans and collect accurate data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, behavior specialists, and families
• Prior experience as a Behavior Specialist is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining detailed and organized records
