Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and development to the Quality team, aligning with strategic goals.
• Oversee, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards such as AS9100 and FAA certifications.
• Manage internal, customer, and third-party compliance audits.
• Monitor and improve quality performance indicators.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Supervise inspection activities across all production stages.
• Maintain and optimize quality inspection equipment and calibration processes.
