Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The strategy of GTS focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas. This includes fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager IT Applications to oversee design, implementation, delivery, and support our Global Technical Services business function. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes within technical services, combined with hands-on experience applications such as Oracle, Salesforce etc. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and collaborator who can bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology roadmap for Global Technical Services in alignment with business strategies.
• Partner with global business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of application analysts, solution architect and delivery managers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of applications supporting global service delivery.
• Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead the successful delivery of projects across regions from requirements gathering and design through deployment and support.
• Manage project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-relevant manner.
• Coordinate across GTS, business functions, and regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of global solutions.
