Group / Division

The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a central role supporting manufacturing line.This position is part of a team responsible for developing and supporting next generation in-situ semiconductor process monitoring systems as well as supporting and improving current systems.

The candidate will focus on sustaining existing production line and conduct continuous improvement projects for manufacturing processes and production equipment.

The engineer must be able to carry out the diagnosis of any manufacturing issue, identify root cause, work with a cross-functional team to define solutions for complex problems. Must be able to support the detailed analysis and tradeoffs for the various solutions, assist in carrying out the plan of action. Must be able to perform hand-on work on a variety of vacuum, thermal and electrical systems.

Responsibilities for the exciting role will include :

Support production line & other daily operations

Hands-on troubleshoot various issues on production line

Provide day to day engineering support to the operation teams

Guide and support maintenance activities

Implement and identify continuous improvement projects

Participate in the production line improvements :

Support equipment improvement & new equipment startup

Collaborate on cross-functional teams to address quality and performance issues.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Enhance sustainability & robustness of the existing production line.

Create and refine documentations for manufacturing activities.

Support operator trainings.

Be responsible for change management : parts release, supplier management and ECO.

Interface between engineering, testing and operation to carry out production activities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 yearsin STEM field

Background in mechanical or electrical engineering

Capability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities a must

Ability to communicate effectively a must.

"Safety-first" mindset a must

Capability and willingness to work extensively hand-on a must

Familiarity with high vacuum systems a strong plus

Familiarity with 8D methodology a plus

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing a plus
