A company is looking for a Remote Technical Support & Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level technical assistance and support for consumers
Assist with product recommendations and resolve customer issues related to high-speed internet services
Manage trouble tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical problems
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be at least 18 years old
General knowledge of Windows-based systems
Customer service and / or sales experience preferred
