Role : nCino Lead Developer

Location : 3 days hybrid in Omaha, NE. Locals only. Remote ok, but first preference will be given to locals who can work hybrid

Duration : 6+ months

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced nCino Lead Developer to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the Banking & Financial Services domain. This role involves hands-on API development, regulatory compliance solutions, AI integration with Salesforce, and modernization of document generation systems. Strong knowledge of nCino is critical to align with ongoing transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Java / AWS API Development - Document Migration

Develop secure APIs to extract and transfer documents from Salesforce to alternate storage platforms.

Create RESTful services for preserving document metadata during migration.

Implement authentication protocols to safeguard document access across platforms.

Design scalable AWS infrastructure (S3 for storage, Lambda for processing).

Build monitoring and logging systems to track transfer status.

Java / AWS API Development - Regulation 1071 Compliance

Build secure API interfaces for handling sensitive personal data in line with regulatory standards.

Implement encryption and PII data protection mechanisms.

Architect data separation models to isolate sensitive datasets.

Establish audit trails and access controls for regulatory reporting.

Define compliant data retention and deletion frameworks.

AI Integration with Salesforce

Connect external AI services with Salesforce through APIs.

Utilize Salesforce Einstein for advanced banking advisory capabilities.

Create custom API endpoints for in-house AI models.

Prepare and transform data for AI model consumption.

Ensure secure handling of data between systems.

LaserPro API Version Upgrade

Lead migration of document generation systems.

Leverage LaserPro's document preparation capabilities for modernization.

Integrate updated APIs with existing banking workflows.

Define testing methodologies to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Manage regulatory requirements for loan documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience with nCino development and Salesforce integration.

Strong background in Java, REST APIs, and AWS (S3, Lambda) .

Knowledge of document migration processes and compliance standards.

Expertise in Regulation 1071 compliance or similar financial regulatory frameworks.

Experience integrating AI solutions with Salesforce (Einstein preferred).

Familiarity with LaserPro or equivalent document generation platforms.

Strong understanding of security, encryption, and audit controls.
