2026 Summer Associate Program

The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Operations on projects within a group setting across the organization. The Operations team manages the core processes that ensure smooth delivery of services, including claims processing, enrollment, billing, and customer support.

Program Details

• Ten-week paid program : Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 7
• Full-time : 40 hours per week
• Hourly rate : $30 per hour
• Hybrid Work Schedule : May be asked to come to the office two days a week
