A company is looking for a Senior IT Engineering Manager - Engineering Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and enforce engineering governance policies, ensuring compliance with coding standards and documentation practices
Lead and mentor a team of 5-12 software engineers, focusing on the development of reusable components and libraries
Collaborate with various teams to promote architectural excellence and identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of direct people management experience
7+ years of professional software development experience
Experience in agile software development and continuous improvement concepts
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within large-scale enterprise environments
