Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and collaborate to create individualized therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to promote improved motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work side by side with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach.
• Guide Patients and Family Members : Educate patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that will help maintain progress outside of the therapy environment.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans : Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure ongoing progress toward goals.
