Job Description - Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice)

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner will provide acute and primary care services in an onsite corporate clinic, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to employees and their eligible family members. This role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This position is expected to run for a minimum of three months, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute and primary care services to employees and their families within an onsite corporate clinic
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
• Deliver evidence-based treatment for common acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with onsite clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Support health promotion and wellness initiatives within the employee population

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• At least 2 years of experience as a Family Practice NP or CRNP
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in occupational health or corporate clinic settings
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills
