Job Description - Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice) About the Role The Nurse Practitioner will provide acute and primary care services in an onsite corporate clinic, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to employees and their eligible family members. This role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position is expected to run for a minimum of three months, with strong potential for extension.
Responsibilities - Provide acute and primary care services to employees and their families within an onsite corporate clinic
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement care plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
- Deliver evidence-based treatment for common acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with onsite clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Support health promotion and wellness initiatives within the employee population
Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications - Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience as a Family Practice NP or CRNP
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in occupational health or corporate clinic settings
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills
