Your Role - What You Will Be Responsible For

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory examinations-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others-following established protocols with meticulous care.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required, ensuring thorough handling procedures are followed.
• Thoroughly document all methodologies executed, mentor new staff or students, and contribute toward maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering rigorously to regulatory protocols and accreditation standards.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of onboarding.
• Maintain active certification status throughout your tenure.
