Network Administrator (Cisco)

Location : Hillsboro, OR (On-site)

Salary : $110,000-$130,000 USD + annual performance bonus

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-onfull time Network Administrator to join a growing semiconductor and advanced manufacturing organization based in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will take ownership of critical network infrastructure supporting production and engineering systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN / WAN network infrastructure using Cisco hardware and software.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, and perform root-cause analysis using Wireshark and other diagnostic tools.
• Manage network security systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Support Windows Server and Active Directory environments for user access, policy, and identity management.
• Maintain and administer Linux / UNIX systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu) used across production and infrastructure environments.
• Configure and manage enterprise storage systems (Dell or IBM).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline administrative workflows.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, topologies, and system inventories.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to continuously improve network reliability, performance, and scalability.
