A premier children's health system is seeking a Board Certified / Eligible Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join its state-of-the-art 14-bed Cardiac ICU part of the only surgical congenital heart program in Nevada. With strong academic ties to the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Medicine, this is a high-impact role blending clinical excellence with academic collaboration. Position Highlights :
- Location : Las Vegas, NV
- Setting : 14-bed dedicated Cardiac ICU within a top-tier pediatric facility
- Volume : 400+ congenital heart surgeries annually
- Team Support : Collaborate with a full multidisciplinary team (ECMO, cath lab, PICU, transport)
- Schedule : Rotating shifts with continuity of care and weekend coverage
- Procedures : Involved in procedural sedation and advanced cardiac critical care
- Additional Units : 24-bed tertiary PICU and a new 30-bed pediatric ER
