We are looking for an exceptional Account Executive (AE) to drive the acquisition of net-new logos specifically seeking to elevate their employee appreciation, events, and incentive travel strategies. This role is a pure "hunter" position, focused on consultative selling to HR, Executive, and Marketing leadership.
You won't just be selling software or services; you'll be selling the power of connection, recognition, and experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for corporate culture and a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals that center on human capital strategy.
Net-New Logo Acquisition (Core Focus) : Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new client organizations seeking solutions for Employee Recognition Platforms, Incentive Travel Programs, or Corporate Event Management.
Consultative Selling : Act as a strategic partner to prospects, diagnosing gaps in their current appreciation strategy (e.g., low engagement, retention issues) and positioning our experiential solutions as the key to solving those challenges.
Executive & HR Engagement : Target and influence decision-makers including Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), VP of Total Rewards, VP of Culture, and Executive Leadership.
Proposal Development : Craft compelling proposals that clearly quantify the Return on Investment (ROI) of appreciation (e.g., measuring improved retention and engagement metrics) and the emotional impact of incentive programs.
Pipeline Generation & Management : Proactively self-source leads and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting within our CRM (Salesforce).
Product Expertise : Become an expert in our portfolio, including technology platforms for continuous recognition, curated travel experiences, and logistics for large-scale events.
Experience : 3+ years of successful closing experience in an Account Executive role, with a documented history of focusing on net-new business / logo acquisition.
Industry Focus : Proven sales experience selling HR Technology (HR Tech), Employee Recognition Platforms, Corporate Incentive Travel, or High-End Event Services.
Business Acumen : Deep understanding of the human capital management landscape, including employee engagement drivers, retention challenges, and the psychological impact of recognition.
Strategic Communication : Ability to articulate complex value propositions centered around cultural impact and business outcomes, not just features.
Hunter Mentality : Demonstrated ability to cold-call, network, and penetrate new accounts independently to generate a significant portion of the sales pipeline.
Travel and Events Focus : Enthusiasm for and understanding of high-touch, detailed-oriented sales processes related to travel or corporate event logistics.
