Pitbull Powersports is seeking an experienced seasoned Powersports Service Writer for our Service Departments. Duties include but are not limited :

• Intake of customer units that includes gathering proper documentation and photos of vehicle
• Frequent contact with Service department customers and Service Manager.
• Primary contact with customers on the status of repair of their vehicle
• Making and taking phone calls daily
• Answering emails pertaining to the service department
• Weekly walk arounds with the Service and Parts Manager to ensure proper scheduling
• Scheduling customers for appointments through the dealership DMS
• Cleaning area and occasionally assisting Sales staff with wiping down of units on the showroom
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with answering questions that the service department customer may have

Along with daily assigned tasks, the proper candidate must have reliable transportation and must be willing to work scheduled business hours at a high efficiency rate. Good computer skills and phone etiquette is a must.
