Clinical Nurse II - Night Shift (Post Cardiothoracic Surgery)

Join our dedicated team in the Post Cardiothoracic Surgery unit as a Clinical Nurse II, working 36 hours per week on the night shift. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Position Overview :

As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will :

• Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of patients throughout their care journey.
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and special tests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to gauge patient conditions effectively.
• Evaluate patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in all decision-making processes.
• Provide emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
