Position Overview :
As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will :
- Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of patients throughout their care journey.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform treatments and special tests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to gauge patient conditions effectively.
- Evaluate patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in all decision-making processes.
- Provide emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
What We’re Looking For :
