We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production and facility equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be constantly challenged and will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in thermo forming and food manufacturing processes. Responsibilities :

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for :

1. Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

2. Inspecting machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by addressing potential risks.

3. Troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.

4. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining maintenance records.

5. Participating in the installation, movement, and re-installation of equipment.

6. Collaborating with the production team to understand their needs and help improve productivity by maintaining equipment and systems availability.

7. Ensuring compliance with safety and health standards, laws, and regulations.

8. Performing thermo forming and food manufacturing processes.

9. Responding quickly in the event of an emergency, manage clean-up and initiate corrective actions.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proven experience in thermo forming and food manufacturing processes.

3. Proficiency in equipment maintenance and mechanical skills.

4. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and practices.

5. Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a knack for repairing industrial equipment and systems.

6. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.

7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of mechanical aptitude.

8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work in challenging environments.
