Regulatory Compliance Consultant

A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, and market needs while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Develop and maintain policy forms and communications, managing timelines for research, development, filing, and implementation

Prepare forms filings per state requirements and track regulatory changes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)

Legal background is a plus

4+ years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry

Knowledge of standard personal lines programs of insurance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
