Responsibilities
Conduct jobsite safety inspections and hazard assessmentsDevelop and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talksInvestigate incidents and prepare accident reportsEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policiesCoordinate with project teams on site-specific safety plansMaintain safety documentation and OSHA recordkeepingReview and approve job hazard analyses (JHAs)Conduct new hire safety orientationsRequirements
Must-Haves
3+ years of construction safety experienceOSHA 30-hour construction safety certificationKnowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standardsStrong communication and training delivery skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and safety softwareNice-to-Haves
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related fieldCHST, CSP, or other safety certificationsExperience with mechanical or MEP constructionBilingual English / Spanish communication skillsCompensation & Logistics
