Responsibilities :

Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping

Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence and engaging in activities they enjoy

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassion and empathy for clients and their families

Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
