We are hiring a Clinic-Based Therapist to work one-on-one with behaviorally challenged children (ages 4–12) in our center and schools.

InspireKids is a pediatric behavioral health organization in Cleveland, Ohio, dedicated to helping children ages 4–12 overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. Our programs — including Day Treatment, After-School IOP, and community-based services — provide a full continuum of care designed to help every child thrive.

Join a family-oriented, passionate team making a difference every day. As a Clinic-Based Therapist , you’ll work directly with children who struggle with behavioral and emotional regulation, communication, or social skills — both in our center and in local schools.

You’ll use play therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches to help kids develop coping skills, confidence, and resilience. You’ll collaborate with parents, teachers, and a supportive clinical team to ensure every child receives the care they need to succeed.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using play therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that engage both children and caregivers.
• Deliver therapy in-clinic and in-home to ensure continuity of care.
• Lead social-emotional skill groups and behavioral interventions.
• Support crisis stabilization through de-escalation and safety planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and schools to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and contribute to program development.
