Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and improve mental well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health status, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Follow care plans meticulously while adapting to individual needs and preferences to deliver personalized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, health observations, and any incidents or changes in condition.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, consistent support tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
