Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy inquiries, payments, endorsements, and renewals
  
  
• Process changes, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  
  
• Support agents by maintaining client records and documentation
  
  
• Handle incoming calls and follow up with clients as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  
  
• Insurance experience required (Property & Casualty license a plus)
  
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  
  
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
