A company is looking for a Customer and Technical Support Consultant - Chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
Instruct customers on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers
Coordinate and assist with equipment installations and troubleshoot technical problems
Resolve customer inquiries through various communication methods while multitasking
Required Qualifications
Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, or contact center environment
Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn software and hardware
Prior phone experience is a plus
Ability to be on the phone for 8 hours per day
Reliable and dependable attendance is essential
