Join the team at BMW Of Murray as a Sales Business Development Center representative where you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and generating new sales opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to connecting with potential clients and providing exceptional service to support the overall sales process.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns as needed to boost sales leads.
