At our Surgical Specialties Med Surg unit, we are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Located in a 19-bed unit focusing on urology, GI, vascular surgeries, wound care, pediatrics, orthopedics, and trauma, this role offers a chance to engage with diverse and rewarding patient cases.

Schedule : Three 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) per week, rotating every third weekend and holiday.

Sign-On Bonus : Eligible new hires can receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid on the first paycheck.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership by assigning, directing, and educating nursing and support staff during your shift.
• Assess daily patient care needs and allocate assignments to ensure optimal care.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address any issues affecting care standards.
• Manage patient care complaints through established channels.
• Contribute to staff evaluations and performance management.
• Ensure a safe working environment and stay alert during shifts.
• Perform additional duties as required.
