Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do :

Lead end-to-end program execution after deal closure, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives and customer satisfaction.

Direct, motivate, and hold multi-disciplinary project teams accountable within an established project governance structure.

Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers, championing their needs within the organization.

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and program profitability; prepare and communicate scope changes in partnership with Account Management.

Coach, mentor, and support the ongoing development of project team members in collaboration with line managers.

Establish effective internal and external governance, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Contribute to Sales & Operations planning through accurate forecasting and demand planning for assigned programs.

What we are looking for :

Associate degree preferred; Engineering or Science field of study is a plus.

Proficient experience in program, project, or operations management, ideally within pharma.

Experience in pharma cGMP is a priority.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence across functions.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, scope changes, and customer expectations.

Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
