Prepaid Wireless Sales Representative (Hourly + Commission)

Location: Manteca, CA // Stockton, CA
Company: Total Wireless
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour + commission


Job Summary


Total Wireless is hiring a Prepaid Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose prepaid wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories. If you enjoy talking to people, working with mobile technology, and earning commission, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.


This role is ideal for candidates searching for wireless sales jobs, mobile phone sales, retail sales associate positions, or prepaid wireless careers.


Responsibilities


  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

  • Recommend prepaid wireless plans, phones, SIM cards, and accessories

  • Explain device features, promotions, and service options

  • Process activations, payments, returns, and upgrades

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals

  • Keep the store organized, clean, and customer-ready

  • Work well with a team to achieve store performance goals

Qualifications


  • 6+ months of sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Wireless sales experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and wireless technology

  • Reliable, motivated, and coachable

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits


  • $16.50–$20.00 per hour + commission

  • Performance-based earnings
