Job Summary :

Work at client sites in Bothell and Redmond, WA

Our Workplace Support Tech assists with Audio / Visual / Digital Signage Hardware and Software Support for one of our large clients. The ideal candidate troubleshoots, supports, and maintains Audio / Visual / Digital Signage areas for the customer. They will work in a collaborative onsite team.

Job Skills Needed :

Problem-solve and Troubleshoot Audio / Visual / Digital Signage equipment

Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure in the ticketing system

In-depth knowledge of Telepresence and Audio / Visual control systems

Communicate effectively with a positive and confident attitude

Show empathy towards the customer

Maintaining strong customer relations

Ability to lift and move equipment up to 45 lbs.

Ability to run cabling

Installing and configuring Windows and MAC Workstations

Hardware and software support for PC Hardware (Docking Stations, Monitors Keyboards, etc.)

Windows, MS Teams, MAC, MS Office, VOIP, IP

Strong communication skills

Excellent client relationship

Ability to work independently
