[job_card.job_description]Inspect machined parts and assemblies using manual and electronic tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, vision systems, etc.). Interpret aerospace blueprints and specifications using your expertise in GD&T. Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards. Accurately document inspection results and key dimensions using ERP systems and quality logs. Support quality assurance processes and collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve issues. Follow all AS9100, safety, and internal quality procedures. Required to pass a vision acuity test and drug screening for precision work. Minimum 5 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience in aerospace or a precision machining environment. Strong communication skills and ability to perform in-process inspection effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft software (Excel, Outlook, Word) and basic math skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and various aerospace specifications. Familiarity with Collins Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney requirements is a strong plus. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Designated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR) experience a plus.

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to verify complex machined parts and assemblies using advanced tools in a clean, modern aerospace-certified facility.
Note : While this position is currently for 1st shift, there is a possibility of a 2nd shift opening. Candidates open to either shift are encouraged to apply.
