Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess Patients – Determine their rehab needs & functional capabilities.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans – Set realistic, achievable goals.

• Provide Direct Patient Care – Help patients regain independence & strength.

• Maintain Accurate Documentation – Track progress & update reports.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team – Because teamwork makes the dream work!

• Educate Patients & Families – Guide them through therapy methods & best practices.

• Ensure Compliance – Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and residents' rights.

What You Bring to the Team:
Degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Valid Professional License in the State of Practice
Experience in Long-Term Care or Geriatrics is a Plus (But Not Required!)
