We are expanding our leadership team and seeking an experienced CNC Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day machining operations and help drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Role Summary \n
The CNC Production Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing CNC machining operations, optimizing workflows, programming complex parts, and mentoring a team of machinists. This position is ideal for a senior CNC professional with strong technical skills and proven leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities \n
\n
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Mills (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) and CNC Lathes with live tooling and dual spindles.
\n
Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient throughput.\n
Lead, mentor, and train CNC machinists; promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\n
Build and maintain job tracking systems , work instructions, and tool storage / organization methods.\n
Program new parts and refine machining strategies using Autodesk Fusion 360 (preferred).\n
Design and develop fixtures and workholding solutions for new jobs.\n
Support quoting, quality processes, and ISO 9001 / AS9100 framework implementation.\n
Manage external vendors, inventory levels, and cost-effective procurement.\n
Troubleshoot machining challenges and ensure machines are properly maintained.\n
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.\n \n
Qualifications \n
\n
10+ years of CNC machining experience , including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role .\n
Strong experience with multi-axis machining , Fusion 360 CAM , and HAAS / Fanuc controls .\n
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience developing machinist teams.\n
Background in Lean Manufacturing , workflow optimization, or continuous improvement.\n
Mold build experience is a plus.\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP / MRP systems, and machinist documentation.\n
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and safety regulations.\n \n
