POSITION : The High School Dean of Students is responsible for building and guiding student culture and the management and delivery of student support services in the high school. This position reports directly to the High School Principal and works in close collaboration with the student advisors, college and personal counselors, learning specialists, academic program coordinators, faculty, and support staff. The High School Dean of Students serves as a member of the high school administrative team and is involved in many aspects of program delivery and management. Assignments will vary considerably including, but not limited to : running class assemblies, building student activity calendars, managing student discipline and attendance, coordinating the student support team, guiding student leadership and activities, supporting instructional programs, and developing and implementing policy.

Salary range for this position $125,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
