Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Grand Junction, CO. Shift : 5x8 hr days Start Date : 01 / 14 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks Pay : $2284 / Week

• Having strong clinical skills, Hospice Nurses are “teachers” – helping patients identify their own personal goals of care and helping caregivers have confidence in caring for their family member.
• They are generalists on all diseases and specialists in symptom management, requiring excellence in assessment and critical thinking.
• Primary RN’s have an assigned caseload of patients and lead the interdisciplinary team caring for those patients.
• RN’s with a minimum of two years acute care experience (hospice preferred).

RN’s with strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment.
