Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location : Warminster, PA 19040

Rate : up to $20 / hour (based on experience and schedule)

Schedule : Multiple options available – weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and overnights.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide care and support to individuals with developmental and / or intellectual disabilities in Warminster, PA. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive environment.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility with schedule is a plus

Responsibilities :

Support individuals with daily living activities (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, and mobility

Implement individualized support plans and behavioral strategies

Provide emotional support and encourage socialization and community engagement

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all individuals

Collaborate with family members, healthcare providers, and supervisors
