Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and growth of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to enhance inclusion and belonging
Co-lead global inclusion educational experiences and integrate inclusive practices across the talent life-cycle
Develop and manage communications related to Inclusion & Community initiatives and maintain relevant online content
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in driving inclusion and culture initiatives
Deep understanding of inclusion principles and U.S. employment law
Experience managing Employee Resource Groups with strategic guidance and operational support
Proven ability to analyze data and leverage insights for program optimization
BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
