We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) JazzHR
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
